# AI and Image Integrity Policy

This policy sets out how Revia uses AI and how we protect the truth of each property. Buyers and tenants should recognise the home they saw online when they arrive for a viewing, and your reputation depends on that.

## 1. How we use AI

We use AI tools to help enhance images, create virtual staging and draft words and layouts. AI does not approve anything. Every result is reviewed by a person at Revia and approved by you before delivery.

AI output can contain mistakes. Your review against the actual property is part of the process.

## 2. What we will change

## 3. What we will not change

We will not knowingly change a permanent feature of a property, including:

- walls, doors, windows, ceilings, floors and room dimensions;

- fixtures such as kitchens, bathrooms and built-in storage;

- views, boundaries and surroundings;

- damage or defects, which we will not hide or remove.

We do not add amenities, sizes, distances, prices or claims that you have not confirmed.

## 4. Labelling

We label virtually staged images as virtually staged. We tell you which files were enhanced and how, so you can answer questions accurately.

You agree to keep the staging label, or to give an equally clear statement, wherever a staged image appears. An image that has been enhanced must still fairly show the property. A staged image must not be presented as the room's current condition.

## 5. Checks before delivery

Before a result reaches you, we check it against your original file and confirmed facts. We look for changes to permanent features, invented details and label errors. If a result fails, we correct it or do not deliver it.

You then make your own check, because you know the property and we do not.

## 6. If something looks wrong

Tell us and we will review it. If we introduced an inaccuracy, we will correct it at no charge, even after approval.

If an image or claim has already been published, you are responsible for correcting or removing it where you control it.

## 7. Personal data and AI

We do not use AI to make decisions about people. The [Data Use Policy](https://revia.vorbtech.com.ng/legal/data-use) explains how your files are handled, and that they are not used for AI training without your explicit written permission.

## 8. Samples

Before and after images, explorable 3D views and videos on this website are samples created by Revia with AI tools to show what our services do. They are not photographs of client properties, and they are not evidence of a result for any client. Explorable 3D views are generated interpretations: AI creates whatever the source photograph does not show, and they are not measurements. Sample videos are generated the same way and can include details the source photograph does not show.
