Acceptable Use and Content Rules
Last updated 8 November 2026
These rules protect buyers, tenants, the people in your materials and your reputation. They apply to everything you send us and to how you use what we deliver.
1. What you must not ask us to do
Please do not ask us to:
- hide or remove damage, defects or anything else a buyer or tenant would need to know;
- change a permanent feature, view, boundary or surrounding so that it misrepresents the property;
- state a fact, size, price, title position, approval or amenity that you cannot confirm;
- market a property you are not authorised to market;
- use photographs, logos or designs without the right to use them;
- imitate another agency's brand, or suggest a connection that does not exist;
- write fake reviews, testimonials or urgency;
- produce discriminatory content, including anything that excludes people because of tribe, religion, gender, disability or origin;
- use images of a person in a way they have not agreed to;
- create anything unlawful, sexual, defamatory, or intended to mislead or defraud.
2. How you must use what we deliver
You agree to:
- keep staging labels, or give an equally clear statement, wherever staged images appear;
- use images and claims only for the property they were made for;
- stop using material that has become inaccurate, for example after a change in price or availability;
- obtain any approvals that apply to your advertising.
3. The website
Please do not try to break into, overload or scrape this website, or submit other people's email addresses to our waitlist.
4. What happens if a rule is broken
We may ask you to change or replace the material, or decline or stop the work. If the problem is serious or repeated, we may end the engagement. The Payments, Cancellations and Refunds Policy explains what is payable if work stops.
5. Report a problem
If you believe material made by Revia infringes your rights, misrepresents a property or shows you without permission, please tell us at hello@revia.vorbtech.com.ng or on +234 706 330 1032.
Include what the material is, where you saw it and why you are concerned. We will review your report and tell you what we have done. Where the material was published by a client, we will pass your concern to them.
