Terms of Service
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms set out what you can expect from Revia and what we need from you when you use this website or order creative work. In short: you confirm the facts and approve the work, we check it and deliver it, and you own what you have paid for.
1. Who we are
Revia is a service of Vorbtech Innovative Solutions ("Revia", "we", "us"). You can reach us on WhatsApp at +234 705 070 6655, by phone at +234 706 330 1032, or at hello@revia.vorbtech.com.ng.
"You" means the person or business using this website or ordering work from us. If you order for a business, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to every order. If a signed agreement or written order says something different, that document applies for the point it covers.
These policies form part of these terms: the Data Use Policy, the AI and Image Integrity Policy, the Acceptable Use and Content Rules, and the Payments, Cancellations and Refunds Policy. Business clients also accept the Data Processing Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
3. Our services
We provide listing image enhancement, virtual staging, property listing copy, branded social content, and flyers and brochures. Each order states what you will receive.
Explorable 3D properties and Revia Motion are planned services. Joining a waitlist or messaging us about either service does not create an order or a right to it.
We use AI tools and human review to produce the work. The AI and Image Integrity Policy explains how.
4. How an order works
- You tell us about the property and the work you need.
- We send a written quote stating the scope, price and any timing we can commit to.
- An order begins when you confirm the quote in Revia, or in writing by WhatsApp or email, and its credits are reserved.
- We prepare the work, check it and send it for your review.
- You approve it or ask for changes within the included revision rounds.
- We release the final files once you have approved the work, and the reserved credits are then used.
A date in a quote is a good-faith target unless the quote calls it a guaranteed deadline. Late materials or changes in scope can move it.
5. What you are responsible for
You confirm that:
- you own your materials or have permission to use them for this work;
- the property facts you give us are accurate and may be used in marketing;
- you have any permission needed from people who appear in your materials;
- you will review each result against the actual property before approving it.
We rely on what you tell us. We do not inspect properties or verify title, size, price, availability or planning status.
You are responsible for what you publish, including any regulatory approval or advertising vetting that applies to it.
6. Your approval
Nothing is final until you approve it. Our review does not replace yours, because you know the property and we do not. Once you approve a file, you are responsible for confirming that it fairly represents the property.
A missed deadline never counts as approval.
7. Virtually staged and enhanced images
Staged images show one possible way to use a room. They must not be presented as the room's current condition. You agree to keep the labels we apply, or to give an equivalent clear statement wherever you use those images.
8. Fees
Prices are in Nigerian naira and are stated on our pricing page or in your quote. They exclude value added tax (VAT) at 7.5%, which we add at checkout. The Payments, Cancellations and Refunds Policy explains credits, monthly plans, cancellations and refunds.
9. Ownership
Your materials remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to provide your order and to meet our legal duties.
When you have paid for approved work, we transfer to you whatever rights we hold in the final files. You may use them to market the property and your business. We keep our templates, methods and tools.
AI-assisted work may not qualify for copyright protection in every case, and similar output may be produced for others. We do not promise exclusivity in design styles or generated furnishings.
We will only use your work in our own portfolio or marketing with your written permission, for example under our Launch Offer Terms.
10. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the order. This does not cover information that is already public, or disclosure the law requires.
11. Things we cannot accept
We may decline or stop work that breaks the Acceptable Use and Content Rules. If we stop for that reason, we will tell you why.
12. Limits of responsibility
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate facts or materials you gave us, or by content you approved;
- we do not promise any sale, letting, enquiry level or other commercial result;
- we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity;
- our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. For a monthly plan, it is limited to the fees paid for the three months before the claim arose.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as a provider outage, network failure or power failure. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and agree a revised plan with you.
14. The website
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted. Before and after images, explorable 3D views and sample videos on this website are samples created by Revia to show our services. They are not client work. Sample property details are illustrative.
15. Disputes
Nigerian law governs these terms. If a problem arises, please tell us first. We will both try to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, we will attempt mediation before either of us goes to court, except for urgent relief. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
You may also have the right to complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that order. We will give monthly-plan clients at least 30 days' notice of a material change.
17. Contact
