02 · Virtual staging
Help buyers picture a life in an empty room.
An empty room shows its size but hides its purpose. We furnish it digitally, in a style that suits the property, so buyers can imagine living, working or hosting there before they ever visit.

Why it matters
Empty rooms are hard to fall in love with.
In photographs, an empty room is just walls and a floor. Buyers struggle to judge scale. Will a king-size bed fit? Where would the dining table go? Is the small room a study or a store?
New developments and off-plan units are often empty at exactly the moment they need to sell, and many buyers, including those viewing from abroad, decide which properties to visit from the photographs alone.
Physical staging answers those questions, but it takes furniture, transport, people and days that few listings can justify. Virtual staging gives buyers the same answers from the photographs you already have.
What we do
How we stage a room
You tell us how the room should be used and the feel you want. We furnish it around the architecture that is already there.
A clear purpose for every room
Living room, bedroom, dining area or home office, chosen with you to suit the property and its likely buyers.
A style that fits
A considered look, from warm contemporary to minimal, consistent across every room in the listing.
Believable scale
Furniture sized and placed so buyers can judge the real proportions of the space.
Room to move
Doors, windows and walkways are kept clear, so the room still works the way it would in real life.
Staging that stays honest
Buyers should never feel misled when they arrive for a viewing. Virtual staging adds furniture; it doesn’t change the property.
- Every staged image is clearly labelled “Virtually staged”
- Walls, windows, doors, floors and fixtures stay exactly as they are
- The empty original is delivered alongside, so you can show both
- Nothing is staged in a way that hides the room’s real size or condition

About virtual staging.
What is virtual staging?
Virtual staging adds digital furniture to photographs of empty rooms so buyers or tenants can picture a possible use. It does not furnish the physical property. Revia labels staged images and keeps the original available for comparison.
How much does this service cost at Revia?
₦17,500 per room plus VAT. The agreed scope and quote are confirmed before work starts. See the pricing page for packs and monthly plans.
Is virtual staging honest?
Yes, when it is labelled and the property itself is unchanged. Every image we stage is marked “Virtually staged”, and the original is delivered with it.
Can you show a room used differently?
Yes. A spare bedroom can be shown as a study, or an open corner as a dining area, so buyers see more than one way to use the space.
Can every room in a listing match?
Yes. We agree one style for the property and apply it across the rooms, so the listing feels like one home.
